Students as learning designers’ are my prevailing principle which challenges transmission models of instruction and requires teachers to offer some control to their students so they have the freedom to experiment, develop, and discover how to learn. To teach successfully, one should have the confidence in himself or herself, build a sense of community in the classroom, hold outstanding communication abilities, and have an effective and consistent management plan. Effective classroom management will be the foundation for a successful and smooth teaching career. Valuable classroom management requires creating a supportive environment for the students where teachers care about their feelings, learning, and challenging them. Students’ success as well as suitable behaviors always depends on their teachers’ learning style and support provided. My authoritative learning style, based on constructive ,cognitive context, in my opinion, will be the perfect tool to shape students’ future. I would strongly implement the value of diversity as well as the respect of one’s identity. In addition, I would establish authentic, affectionate, and trustworthy relationships between teachers and student

In order to start my teaching career off to a good start, I must be able to manage my classroom effectively. In order for my classroom to be suitably managed, thus proper instructions and learning take place, I must efficiently arrange my area, time, students, and materials. I will build an environment where the students are highly involved with less misbehavior. In my opinion, the environment that works best is the task oriented one.

Classroom management encompasses various componenets such as rules, routines, procedures and actions that I will enforce  at the first of school  day. It is so imperative  to incorporate rules in my classroom which  set the foundation for my teaching process and provide  students  with the expectations for their behavior.

It is also critical  to take into consideration the  students' input when implementing classroom rules; and this is what I did in the course of  my student teaching with  the assiatnce of my cooperative teacher .

Classroom Management

& Organization Plan

“Students as learning designers”

” Mrs. Allouch uses classroom management techniques that keep the students on task. For example, she gave each student a contract at the beginning of the school year that outlined her rules and expectations for their behavior in both the classroom and the chemistry laboratory. She refers back to these rules often to reinforce positive behavior. Also, she greets each student as they enter the classroom. The students show that they respect her by going directly to their seats and getting out their class work"  ~~Diana Hoehn, Cooperative Teacher
